These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. website at allcanadian.ca and its sub-domains ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Important: These Terms cover use of the Site only. The agreements that govern actual bin rentals, equipment rentals, mini excavation, utility locating, debris removal, and snow removal services (the "Service Agreements") are issued separately at the time of booking and are managed through our customer booking system. Nothing on this Site is a contract for service. Service is governed exclusively by the applicable Service Agreement once signed.
1. About All Canadian

2. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about, contacting, or requesting quotes from All Canadian. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates Canadian federal, provincial, or municipal law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any related infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach any security or authentication measures
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site beyond standard public search engine indexing
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact or quote-request form
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written consent
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or content designed to damage or interfere with the Site or other users
- Harvest contact details, including email addresses or phone numbers, from the Site
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity
3. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, design, layout, video content, software, and any other material (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to All Canadian and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "All Canadian" name, the All Canadian logo, "Safe. Precise. Done Right.", and any related design elements are trademarks of All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. They may not be used without prior written permission.
Photography of equipment, jobsites, completed projects, and customer property featured on the Site is the property of All Canadian or used with the permission of the owner. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use any image from the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
4. User-Submitted Information
When you submit information through a contact form, quote request, or any other interactive feature on the Site, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate and provided in good faith
- You are authorized to provide the information (including any third-party contact details)
- The submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
By submitting information through the Site, you grant us the right to use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and contact you about your request. Information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and General Information
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Site for any purpose.

- Pricing, delivery fees, equipment rental rates
- Bin sizes, equipment specifications, and capacity estimates
- Transfer station policies, rejection fees, and waste-stream rules
- Asbestos testing, drywall disposal, hazardous waste regulations
- Service area boundaries and delivery times
- WorkSafeBC, BC One Call, and other regulatory information

Always confirm current pricing, scheduling, and regulatory requirements directly with All Canadian or the relevant authority before relying on it for a project.
Any quote, estimate, or pricing displayed on the Site is indicative only. Binding pricing is provided in writing through our quote and booking process.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (including but not limited to Google Maps, Recycle BC, transfer station websites, suppliers, and partner companies). These links are provided for convenience. All Canadian does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
The Site may also embed or integrate with third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, and our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel). Use of these services is governed by the third party's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing.
7. Advertising Disclaimers
All Canadian runs paid advertising through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms. The following disclaimers apply:
7.1 Not Affiliated with Meta or Facebook
This site and All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, administered by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Any reference to these platforms on the Site or in our advertising is for descriptive purposes only.
Promotions, offers, contests, or campaigns we run that appear on Facebook or Instagram are our sole responsibility. Meta has no involvement in or liability for any of our promotions, offers, or campaigns.
7.2 Not Affiliated with Google
This site and All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube, and the Google Maps logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Any reference to these products on the Site is for descriptive purposes only.
7.3 Advertising Claims
Claims, prices, promotions, and offers in our paid advertisements are accurate as of the date the ad is published. Pricing and availability may change. Binding pricing and current offers are confirmed at the time of quote and booking. Where an ad references a specific time-limited offer, the offer is valid only during the dates stated in the ad and only for the geographic service area listed.
If you click an advertisement and reach this Site, the content on this Site governs over any inconsistency with the ad text. If you believe an ad is misleading, please contact us at info@allcanadian.ca so we can review.
7.4 Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials, reviews, ratings, and photos of customer projects displayed on the Site or in advertising are from real customers and reflect their individual experience. Results vary based on project scope, conditions, and other factors. A testimonial is not a guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
8. No Warranty
The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Canadian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Canadian, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any inability to access or use the Site, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Canadian, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
12. Modifications to the Site and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your only remedy is to stop using the Site.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia located in Nanaimo, BC.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Canadian regarding the Site. They supersede any prior agreements relating to your use of the Site. They do not, however, supersede or affect any signed Service Agreement between you and All Canadian for actual services.
