This policy applies to website visitors. Personal information collected through our customer booking system, signed Service Agreements, or active customer accounts is governed by separate privacy terms presented at the time of booking.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you submit a contact form, request a quote, sign up for an email list, or otherwise interact with the Site, we may collect:

- Contact information: email address, phone number, service address or project location
- Project information: the type of service you're inquiring about, project size, timing, and any details you choose to share in a free-text message
- Communication content: messages, comments, or attachments you send us
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through your browser and our analytics tools:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- Usage information: pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, scroll depth, referring page, search terms used to find the Site
- Approximate location: derived from IP address (city or region level, not precise GPS coordinates)
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 4 below
1.3 Information from Advertising and Referral Partners
When you reach the Site by clicking a Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement, the advertising platform shares attribution data with us so we can measure ad performance. This typically includes which ad you clicked and a non-identifying click ID, but does not include your name or contact details unless you separately submit them through a form.
2. How We Use Information
We use information collected through the Site to:
- Respond to inquiries and contact requests
- Prepare and deliver quotes for services
- Schedule consultations or follow-up calls
- Send service-related emails (e.g. confirming we received your inquiry)
- Send marketing communications, but only if you have opted in (e.g. by subscribing to a newsletter or checking a marketing-opt-in box)

4.1 Strictly Necessary

4.3 Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site. These tools may set cookies that allow Google or Meta to recognize your browser across other websites that use the same advertising platforms.
The advertising platforms we use are operated by independent third parties. All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. 4.4 Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, accept only cookies from sites you visit, or be notified before a cookie is set. 5.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)
We use third-party service providers who process information on our behalf to operate the Site and our business. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms. Current providers include:
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, contact form processing, email and SMS delivery, calendar bookings (servers in Canada and the United States)
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Workspace email (servers in Canada, United States, and other regions)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook/Instagram advertising and pixel tracking (servers in the United States)
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (servers in Canada and the United States)
- Email and notification providers we use to deliver service emails (the specific provider may change; current vendor available on request)
5.2 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of All Canadian, our customers, employees, or the public.
5.3 Business Transfers
If All Canadian is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you (and, where required, seek your consent) if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Some service providers we use store and process information outside of Canada, including in the United States. When personal information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access requests by foreign government authorities. We use service providers that contractually commit to protecting personal information consistent with PIPEDA and Canadian privacy standards.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical retention periods:
- Quote requests and inquiries that do not become customers: up to 24 months
- Active customer records: for the duration of the customer relationship and up to 7 years after the last interaction (to meet tax and contract record requirements)
- Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe
- Website analytics: 14 months for individual-level data; aggregate reports indefinitely
- Server logs: 90 days
When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or de-identified.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication with the Site
- Limited employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
- Vendor due-diligence on third-party processors
- Regular review of security practices
No system is completely secure. While we work to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically is fully protected from all forms of unauthorized access.
9. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and BC's PIPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Request deletion of personal information that is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time (use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly)
- Withdraw consent for other uses of your information, subject to legal or contractual obligations that may require us to retain it
- Receive your information in a portable format where technically feasible
- File a complaint with our Privacy Officer (see Section 12) or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca)
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer using the contact details in Section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
